Don't you just love that song? Well, so far we've lit the woodburner (not that we needed to... we just love the mood it sets... the weather has been so nice, warm enough to open a window, but cool enough to light the wood... aaahhh SPRING!), chased the dogs that broke through the screen on the back sliding doors (did you know that the body shape of a coonhound was built for speed?), got somewhat dressed to work in the yard (plantin' grass... no, not that kind... :-p you were thinkin' it!), assisted the children in making a mess by adding creativity to a pair of pants and a shirt (glitter, markers... turned out pretty cool), made sausage, biscuit, egg sandwiches for breakfast, steeped coffee, watched my husband get more than frustrated over our leaking faucet (that I'm pretty sure I broke... no cuss words yet... hopefully...), fed animals, used the potty, read an article on the net about a childhood friend that has been captured for a triple murder, listen to Talon whine about wanting cereal - again, and it's barely noon...
